Ellide helps students and educators turn messy PDFs, scans, slides, syllabi, readings, and handouts into cleaner AI-ready materials, study guides, Tutor Packs, and structured Markdown or JSON outputs.
What Ellide does
Ellide prepares educational documents before they are used with AI assistants. The app can clean OCR-heavy files, preserve useful structure, generate student study materials, and help educators create Tutor Packs with teaching guidance.
Why it exists
Raw PDFs and slide decks often produce noisy AI context. Ellide is designed to make that context smaller, cleaner, and more useful so students can ask better questions and educators can keep AI interactions grounded in real course materials.
Company and product status
Ellide is actively developed as a commercial web application. The current business model includes a free starting path, a Plus plan for heavier individual usage, and an Educator plan for course material and classroom workflows.
